Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated shipping address.

  Ensure the watch is securely packed in its original presentation box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a tracked and insured courier service to guarantee safe delivery to our inspection center; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
